Following the Due Diligence activities, an Iterative Needs Assessment will take place. This assessment is typically a 3-4 hour in-person session where we discuss:
- Short-term goals
- Long-term goals
- Outcome measures and endpoints
- Desired deliverable(s) and audience, such as:
- Report/Presentation for specific audience(s) [Board, angel investors, etc.]
- Peer review manuscript
- Desired services, such as:
- Protocol development
- PI and site identification
- IRB and other regulatory submission to run study at a site or sites
- Regulatory landscape and assessment (i.e. FDA for dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
- Database development, management, analytics
- Manuscript development and submission
- Grant or sponsorship identification, development, submission
